Help Campaigns

Run a campaign.

A campaign is a flight of banners with a click destination and a total show limit. New campaigns start as drafts until you activate them.

  1. Create a draft campaign

In admin, open Campaigns and add a campaign. Set a name, an HTTPS click URL, and total shows (how many times the ad can be shown). Whole-network targeting is fine for many flights. Ads never show on a website that matches the click URL domain (self-promotion block).

  2. Upload banners

Open Creatives and upload images for that campaign. Pick the target size first. The image must match that size in pixels. Add short alt text that does not include the word "advertisement" (the ad label is separate).

  3. Cover the slot sizes you care about

If a slot needs 300×250, you need an active 300×250 banner on the campaign. Activation fails until required sizes are covered (unless an operator accepts no-fill for a specific slot).

  4. Review and activate

On the campaign detail page, check the activation review, then activate. Only active campaigns serve impressions. You can pause, complete, adjust the budget (recorded in the audit log), or duplicate the campaign later from the same page.
