Help Reports

Reports and metrics.

Every report reads from the daily aggregate tables, filters by date, and exports to CSV with the same definitions you see on screen. This page explains exactly what each number means.

The four reports

Where to find them

Operators open Reports in admin. Advertisers see their own campaign figures in the network portal.

  • Campaign report: lifetime budget, delivered, remaining credits, and date-scoped served, viewable, clicks, CTR, and viewability
  • Publisher-site report: the same delivery metrics grouped by website
  • Placement report: metrics grouped by ad slot
  • Creative report: metrics grouped by banner

Metric What it means
Served Valid impressions actually served. Invalid or bot-flagged requests are excluded.
Viewable Served impressions that met the viewability threshold (enough of the ad on screen long enough).
Clicks Unique valid clicks. Repeat clicks from the same viewer count once.
CTR Unique clicks ÷ served, as a percentage.
Viewability Viewable ÷ measurable served, as a percentage.
Fill rate Served ÷ ad requests (served + no-fill), as a percentage. A no-fill is a valid request with no eligible ad.
Remaining credits Total shows minus served. Never goes below zero.
